Schatz
Schatz was built in 2004 and made her maiden voyage in 2005.
The new owners of Schatz ordered in 2008 a complete refit of the ketch allowing more space to store personal belongings in the passenger cabins, modernizing the galley and refrigerators, new wet bar, satellite TV to receive hundreds of channels, 46 inch high definition plasma TV, laminating the hull and changing both masts, running rigging and lines including new Harken winches to make sailing a pleasure.
We have designed a sitting area on the bow section of the deck for cocktails at sunset. The owner ordered a second refit project which started in December 2012 and she was delivered at the end of May 2013. The refit work conducted on Schatz was extensive and included major work such as, making new engine room and collision bulkheads which were watertight, a complete new teak decking, topsides where faired then cladded in sapelli wood & woven glass fiber covered then with international perfection plus varnish, a bar was designed and installed on the aft deck, topside windows were modified and new tempered windows were placed, the steel masts were removed and new aluminum masts were manufactured, 2 new generators, new exhausts systems and shafts were installed, a complete re-arrangement of the engine room was conducted with new insulation and aluminum paneling, all tanks apart from the fuel tanks were replaced with new polyethylene tanks and the entire plumbing was re-done, new showers, toilets and pumps were installed, the interior floors were re-varnished and the walls were touched up where necessary, all the chrome on the yacht was polished, the exterior of the boat was completely re-painted and re-varnished to make her look brand new.
SCHATZ is a charter yacht with excellent record that has all the comforts expected in a large gullet - refitted to the highest standards in 2013 with no expense spared on final fittings. She offers immense deck space that is ideal for relaxing and entertaining.
The yacht provides very comfortable accommodation for 10 guests in 5 spacious air-conditioned cabins, and she is available for charter in Turkish and Greek water.

Charter Rate Excludes
_ VAT (no tax applicable)
_ Food and beverage expenses
_ Foreign and private marina charges
_ Passport handling fees for entering and exiting foreign countries
_ Fuel cost for water sports and leisure use of the tender
_ Crew gratuities (5%-15% of total charter fee is considered the industry average)
